1. Introduction: Our Commitment to Ethical Standards

As Soufiane Boudarraja ("We"), we are committed to upholding the highest ethical and quality standards across all our products and services. This unified policy governs all content we create, sell, and distribute, from our "Speak Up" physical merchandise to our "Souf at School" digital curricula. Our policy requires that all content be respectful of others and the law, reflecting our core values of integrity and professionalism. This document outlines the principles that ensure our brand remains a trusted and responsible name in both creative expression and educational development. We begin with the most sensitive and important area of our work: our educational materials designed for children.

2. Standards for "Souf at School" Digital Educational Curriculum

Because our "Souf at School" products are designed specifically for young children, they are subject to our most stringent content and ethical reviews. We recognize the profound responsibility that comes with creating materials for this audience and have established the following standards to ensure a safe, positive, and enriching learning experience.

2.1. Core Principles & Zero-Tolerance Policy

The target audience for all "Souf at School" materials is children aged 3–6. To protect this audience, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy. Our digital curriculum materials will never contain:

Violence: Depictions or glorification of violent acts.

Hate Speech: Content that attacks or demeans any group based on protected characteristics.

Sexual Content: Any form of nudity, suggestive themes, or sexually explicit material.

Political Indoctrination: Content designed to promote a specific political party, ideology, or agenda.

2.2. Commitment to Inclusivity

We are firmly committed to creating inclusive content that reflects the diverse world our children live in. This commitment is realized through the intentional use of diverse representation in all illustrations and character designs. Our goal is to ensure that every child can see themselves and others reflected positively within our educational materials, fostering a sense of belonging and mutual respect from an early age.

2.3. Cultural Sensitivity & Artistic Interpretation

All illustrations within the "Souf at School" curriculum are handcrafted artistic interpretations designed for educational purposes. We acknowledge that art is subjective and strive to be culturally sensitive in all our creative work. To support this, we have established a clear process for feedback. If a parent or educator believes an illustration is culturally insensitive or inappropriate, they may report it to Souf.at.School@soufbouda.com. We commit to reviewing such reports in good faith for potential correction in future editions.

Having outlined the rigorous standards for our educational content, we now turn to the guidelines governing our physical merchandise, which allows for a different form of creative expression.

3. Standards for "Speak Up" Print-on-Demand (POD) Merchandise

Our "Speak Up" merchandise line is a platform for creative expression, and with that freedom comes responsibility. To protect our community and brand integrity, we, in partnership with our fulfillment provider Printful, require all designs to adhere to the following core standards. We review every submitted design to ensure compliance.

  1. Illegal Content We prohibit any content      that is obscene, depicts child pornography, or promotes illegal      activities, crime, or terrorism. Content depicting violent events will be      evaluated on its educational or artistic merit and must not be used to      promote, glorify, or trivialize such acts. It is the user's responsibility      to ensure their designs comply with all local laws and the laws of the      regions where orders will be shipped.

  2. Hateful Content As a global brand, we are      committed to fostering tolerance, understanding, and respect. We do not      tolerate content that expresses hatred toward or attacks any person or      group based on protected characteristics, including race, ethnicity,      gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability. Content that promotes      violence, discrimination, or harmful misinformation will be rejected.

  3. Intellectual Property Infringement We      respect the creative rights of others. Users must own the content they      submit for printing or have the legal right to use, display, and resell      it.

All content must comply with copyright, trademark, and right of publicity laws.

3.1. Special Product Restrictions

Due to specific legal and operational requirements from our printing partners, certain products are subject to stricter rules than our general merchandise. To ensure seamless order fulfillment, the following products must not contain explicit nudity or sexually suggestive content:

● Wall Calendars

● Wrapping Paper Sheets

● Postcards

● Greeting Cards

● Spiral Notebooks

These standards apply to all designs submitted to our platform. For products that users can personalize directly, the following additional requirements ensure all content remains compliant.

4. User-Customized Content

If we offer services allowing users to add their own custom text, images, or designs to a product, the user bears direct and sole responsibility for ensuring that content complies with this policy. We strictly prohibit users from submitting custom content that is offensive, defamatory, illegal, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to review and cancel, without notice, any order containing user-generated content that violates these standards.

5. Disclaimer on Third-Party Enforcement

For all physical merchandise, our fulfillment partner, Printful, makes the final decision on whether a design can be printed according to their internal policies and operational capabilities. We must comply with their decisions. If Printful rejects a design for any reason, including updates to their own content guidelines or technical limitations, the customer's order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.
