1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) establishes the rules and guidelines for using any website or service owned and operated by Soufiane Boudarraja (the "Company"). Accessing or using our services constitutes your agreement to comply with this AUP, which is a condition of use. A high-visibility notice for purchasers of "Souf at School" digital products: This AUP must be read in conjunction with our Licensing & Usage Rights Policy. Your purchase grants you a specific license to use the digital file under defined conditions. Any action that violates the terms of your specific purchased license tier constitutes a material breach of this Acceptable Use Policy. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access to our services and, where applicable, potential legal action.
2. Prohibited Activities
This section details the specific activities that are strictly forbidden on all Company websites and in relation to all our digital products. Users must not engage in any of the following activities.
2.1. Illegal or Unlawful Activities
You are strictly prohibited from using our websites or services for any purpose that violates local, national, or international laws or regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in or promoting fraudulent activities, identity theft, or other criminal acts.
2.2. Harassment, Content Standards, and Review Integrity
Posting or distributing content that promotes violence, hate speech, discrimination, or harassment is forbidden. This includes threatening, intimidating, or bullying others. While we welcome honest feedback, we draw a clear line between valid negative reviews and prohibited abuse. We strictly prohibit "Review Bombing," defined as the coordinated posting of negative reviews with the malicious intent to harm our business reputation rather than to provide genuine product feedback. Furthermore, posting comments that target the "cultural interpretation" of our illustrations with hate speech or discriminatory language is a direct violation of this policy. If you have a specific, good-faith complaint regarding cultural sensitivity, we ask that you direct it to our dedicated support address for review: Souf.at.School@soufbouda.com.
2.3. Spamming, Phishing, and Misrepresentation
You may not use our services to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or engage in phishing attempts designed to unlawfully obtain sensitive information. Impersonating another person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any individual or organization is also strictly prohibited.
2.4. Malware, Hacking, and Unauthorized Access
The distribution of viruses, malware, or any other form of harmful code is forbidden. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks, nor may you interfere with or disrupt the security and functionality of our websites in any way.
2.5. Intellectual Property Infringement
You may not upload, share, or distribute any content that infringes upon the copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party without explicit authorization. Specific Rules for 'Souf at School' Digital Products In accordance with the "Digital Barrier" rule outlined in our Licensing & Usage Rights Policy, the following actions are explicitly forbidden:
● Uploading any purchased digital product (e.g., PDF files) to public file-sharing websites, forums, or torrent networks.
● Uploading files to shared institutional servers, Intranets, or Learning Management Systems (LMS), unless explicitly permitted under the terms of a purchased Institutional License.
● Storing digital files in cloud storage folders (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) that you have shared or configured for public or multi-user access with individuals outside of the purchaser’s immediate household.
2.6. License Circumvention and Account Sharing
Each purchase is associated with a unique identifier ("Token") that grants usage rights to the purchasing account. Sharing your account login credentials to allow others to access your purchased files is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, any attempt to transfer, share, or otherwise circumvent the single-purchaser rights associated with your "Token" is a material breach of this AUP. If you purchase a digital product as a gift, you must transfer the digital file to the intended recipient and then permanently delete your own copy. The "Gift Buying" rule specifies that retaining a copy of the file after it has been gifted is a violation of this policy.
2.7. Misuse of Free and Bonus Materials
Any free or bonus materials provided by the Company are subject to the same copyright and distribution rules as our paid products. You are explicitly prohibited from using any "Free" or "Bonus" items as a lead magnet, giveaway, or promotional material for your own or any third party’s commercial website or business activities.
2.8. Automated Data Collection and AI Training
The use of web crawlers, scrapers, or other automated means to access, collect, or otherwise harvest website content for the purpose of training Artificial Intelligence (AI) models is strictly prohibited. Additionally, you may not use such tools to attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the handcrafted prompts, methodologies, or proprietary processes used to generate our educational materials.
2.9. General Prohibitions
In addition to the specific prohibitions above, you are broadly forbidden from any action that compromises the integrity of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, posting obscene or defamatory content, violating the privacy of others by harvesting their data without consent, or engaging in any activity that overburdens or disrupts our technical infrastructure. These rules are foundational to ensuring a safe, respectful, and functional environment for all users and form the basis of your affirmative responsibilities, which are detailed next.
