1. Purpose
This statement explains how the Soufiane Boudarraja ecosystem (the "Ecosystem") uses technology and, where applicable, artificial intelligence (AI) to create value while protecting people, rights, and trust. It sets expectations for customers, users, partners, and collaborators across consulting, digital products, training, media, and software.
2. Scope
This statement applies to the Ecosystem, including:
· Websites, landing pages, and forms.
· Consulting and advisory services, diagnostics, and deliverables.
· Digital products, templates, and learning content.
· Software products and tools (including Outbound Assistant and related components).
· Media and community content (blog posts, newsletters, and podcast materials).
This statement is intended to be read with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), Licensing and Usage Rights Policy, Digital Product Support and Retention Policy, Third Party Tools and Data Providers Annex, and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) where applicable.
3. What we mean by AI in the Ecosystem
AI refers to systems or services that produce outputs such as text, summaries, classifications, recommendations, or other generated content based on input data. In the Ecosystem, AI may be used in three main ways:
· Assistive drafting and analysis: to accelerate preparation of drafts, summaries, and structured outputs that are then reviewed by a human.
· Automation support: to reduce manual effort in workflows (for example sorting, tagging, or generating operational suggestions).
· Optional user features: where a product or software tool includes AI-supported functionality enabled by the user or the engagement scope.
4. Our innovation principles
We apply these principles when building and using technology:
· Human-first outcomes: Technology serves people and operational clarity, not hype or unnecessary complexity.
· Transparency: We aim to be clear when AI-supported components materially influence an output or a feature.
· Accountability: A human remains responsible for decisions, approvals, and high-impact outcomes.
· Privacy and security by design: We minimise data, restrict access, and apply safeguards appropriate to risk.
· Fairness and inclusion: We seek to reduce avoidable bias and build for diverse contexts and users.
· Reliability: We prefer practical tools that work consistently over experimental features that create risk.
5. Human oversight and decision responsibility
AI can generate convincing but incorrect results. Unless a feature explicitly states otherwise, all AI-supported outputs in the Ecosystem are provided as assistance only and require human review. You are responsible for how you use outputs, including verifying accuracy, compliance, and suitability.
We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or regulated professional advice through AI-supported outputs.
6. Accuracy, limitations, and disclosures
You should assume that AI-supported outputs may contain:
· Factual errors or outdated information.
· Omissions or incomplete reasoning.
· Formatting mistakes or misinterpretation of context.
· Bias inherited from training data or model limitations.
Where a deliverable is high-stakes or compliance-sensitive, we recommend a structured review process, including legal review where appropriate.
7. Privacy, confidentiality, and data protection
We treat privacy as a core part of responsible innovation. Data handling rules depend on the relationship:
· Controller context: For website visitors and direct customers, our Privacy Policy describes what data we collect and why.
· Processor context: Where we process personal data on behalf of a business customer, the DPA governs the relationship and safeguards.
If AI-supported features involve third-party providers, those providers may process inputs to generate outputs. We aim to minimise personal data in prompts and workflows and to use appropriate safeguards and contractual controls where applicable. A current overview of tool categories is provided in the Third Party Tools and Data Providers Annex.
Do not submit special categories of personal data (Article 9 GDPR) or other sensitive information into AI-supported features unless the feature is designed for that use and you have a lawful basis and safeguards.
8. Security and abuse prevention
We implement security measures appropriate to the service context, including access controls and account protections. We may use monitoring and diagnostics to maintain integrity and detect abuse, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
AI-supported functionality must not be used for prohibited activities. This includes:
· Fraud, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive communications.
· Harassment, hate, or targeting of individuals or protected groups.
· Unauthorised collection or scraping of personal data.
· Violating third-party platform terms, including anti-spam requirements.
· Generating unlawful content or facilitating wrongdoing.
Violations may result in suspension, termination, and other remedies under the AUP, Terms and Conditions, and applicable agreements.
9. Bias, fairness, and inclusion
AI systems can reflect bias present in their training data. We take a pragmatic approach to reduce avoidable bias where it matters for outcomes. This includes using structured prompts, encouraging context clarity, and applying human review with awareness of potential bias.
We do not use AI to intentionally discriminate or to produce dehumanising content. Where user-generated content is involved (for example in POD customisation), content moderation is governed by the AUP and Acceptable Content Guidelines.
10. Intellectual property and licensing
AI-supported outputs do not change ownership rules for the Ecosystem materials. Use of templates, frameworks, training content, and software is governed by the Licensing and Usage Rights Policy and any applicable EULA.
You remain responsible for ensuring you have rights to any inputs you provide. This includes text, images, logos, and other content.
11. Customer controls and configuration
Where AI-supported capabilities are offered, we aim to allow proportionate control over their use, for example:
· Feature enablement: AI features may be optional and can be disabled where the product design supports it.
· Data minimisation: use only what is necessary for the output.
· Retention awareness: some tools store logs for reliability and security; retention and tool categories are described in the relevant policies and annexes.
For enterprise or consulting engagements, customer-specific requirements can be documented in a statement of work or addendum.
12. Third-party AI providers
The Ecosystem may rely on third-party AI providers and platforms. Availability and behaviour of those services can change, which may affect features or outputs. We do not guarantee continuous compatibility with every third-party change.
When third-party AI providers are used, the provider may process input to generate output. Use is subject to the provider’s terms and data handling practices. We aim to choose reputable providers and apply safeguards consistent with the DPA and Annex framework when acting as a Processor.
13. High-risk and prohibited uses
We do not design the Ecosystem to support high-risk uses such as safety-critical systems, medical diagnosis, legal determinations, credit decisions, or automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate safeguards and a written agreement that defines responsibilities.
Without limiting the AUP, you must not use the Ecosystem AI capabilities to:
· Make automated decisions about individuals without appropriate lawful basis, transparency, and human review where required by law.
· Generate content that encourages violence or self-harm, or provides instructions for wrongdoing.
· Conduct mass unsolicited outreach in violation of applicable law or platform terms.
· Circumvent safeguards, security controls, or usage limits.
14. Continuous improvement and audits
We improve technology based on practical feedback, defect resolution, security learnings, and operational needs. For engagements under a DPA, compliance information and audit support is handled under the DPA audit provisions.
15. Changes to this statement
We may update this statement to reflect legal developments, technology changes, and the evolution of the Ecosystem. The "Last updated" date indicates when changes took effect. Material changes will be posted through our Websites.
