4. Services and Offerings

● Fees for these services are processed securely via Wix Payments.
● All payments are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
4.2 Printful Merchandise Sales ("Speak Up" Brand)
● Our merchandise is print-on-demand, fulfilled by our partner, Printful.
● All aspects of product handling, shipping, and quality control are managed directly by Printful.
● Refunds and returns are subject exclusively to Printful’s refund policy. The Company is not responsible for manufacturing defects or shipping issues.
4.3 'Souf at School' Digital Products
● This offer consists of digital-only educational resources provided as downloadable PDF files.
● Specific terms governing the purchase, licensing, and use of these digital products are detailed in the subsequent sections of this agreement.
5. Terms Specific to Digital Products ('Souf at School')
The terms in this section apply exclusively to digital goods offered under the 'Souf at School' brand and address their unique nature, delivery, and lifecycle.
5.1 Nature of Goods
All 'Souf at School' products are digital-only. No physical items, such as printed books, paper, pens, or crayons, will be shipped to You. The product is delivered exclusively as a downloadable file.
5.2 Updates vs. New Editions
● Updates: A purchase grants you access minor corrections (e.g., typo fixes, layout adjustments) for the specific edition you purchased. These updates are typically provided free of charge.
● New Editions: Substantial revisions, significant content additions, or releases marketed as "Version 2.0" are considered new products. The purchase of a previous edition does not entitle the buyer to receive future editions for free; a new purchase is required.
5.3 Ownership and Gifting (The 'Token' System)
A license to use a digital Product is tied to the "Token," which is defined as the unique combination of order details and the email address used at checkout. If a Product is purchased for the purpose of a gift, the license to use the Product is irrevocably transferred to the recipient upon the original buyer's delivery of the digital file to said recipient. Upon this transfer, the original buyer retains no usage rights.
6. Licensing and Usage Rights for Digital Products
A purchase of the Company's digital Products grants You a license to use the intellectual property under the specific conditions defined herein. This section outlines the scope and limitations of such licenses.
6.1 General Principle
All materials provided by 'Souf at School' are protected by international copyright laws and remain the intellectual property of Soufiane Boudarraja. When you "buy" a product, you are purchasing a License to Use the digital file under the conditions outlined below, not ownership of the underlying content.
6.2 License Tiers
A. Personal / Family License
● Who is this for? Parents, grandparents, and legal guardians purchase for personal use within their home.
● Rights: You may print unlimited physical copies for members of your immediatehousehold.
● Restrictions: You MAY NOT share the digital file (e.g., via email, cloud drive, or any other digital means) with friends, other families, or teachers. You MAY NOT use the materials for any commercial activity.
B. Individual Professional License
● Who is this for? Individual teachers, tutors, or therapists purchase with their own funds for use in their own specific class or with their own clients.
● Rights: You may print unlimited physical copies for the students currently enrolled in your specific class roster. The license is tied to you as a professional and travels with you, not the school.
● The "Digital Barrier" Rule: You MAY NOTemail the PDF file to parents, students, or colleagues. You MAY NOTupload the file to a shared school server, Google Drive, Learning Management System (LMS), or any other platform where it can be accessed by others. Distribution is permitted via printed paper copies only.
C. Institutional / Volume License
● Who is this for? Schools, school districts, daycares, or any educational organization wishing to provide 'Souf at School' materials to multiple teachers or entire grade levels.
● How to Purchase: Standard website pricing does not apply. Institutions must contact the Company for a custom quote. The price is determined by factors such as the number of users (teachers and/or students) and the desired duration of the license.

7. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions for Products and Services are subject to the following terms regarding payment processing, refunds, currency, and pricing.
7.1 Payment Processing
All payments for services and products are processed securely via Wix Payments. The Company does not store or process your credit card details; all such transactions are managed by Wix's secure payment gateway.
7.2 Refund Policy for Digital Products
Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital downloads, all sales for 'Souf at School' products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. The only exception is if the digital file is proven to be technically defective and unusable.
7.3 Currency and Dynamic Pricing
All prices are set in EUR. If prices are displayed in other currencies, they are for informational purposes only. The final amount you pay may fluctuate due to real-time currency exchange rates and transaction fees applied by third-party payment processors (e.g., Wix, Stripe) or your own bank. The Company is not responsible for these external fees or rate differences.
7.4 Pricing
The stated prices for Products account for all operational costs, including but not limited, to the licensing fees for software utilized in the creation of the materials.
8. User Responsibilities
Use of the Service is conditional upon Your adherence to certain responsibilities, as detailed in this section, to ensure the legal and ethical integrity of the Service. By using our Service, you agree to:

The Company is not liable for specific educational outcomes or the academic performance of the user or their children resulting from the use of these materials.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your access to the Service for any violation of these Terms, as further detailed herein. The Company reserves the right to:
