Soufiane Boudarraja (born 22 June 1987) is a Moroccan management consultant, operational strategist, and founder of S|B Engine, an independent advisory practice specialising in operational transformation for mid-market companies. Based in Kelsterbach near Frankfurt, Germany, he advises organisations on building internal transformation capability through embedded systems, leadership development, and process architecture.

Before founding S|B Engine in September 2024, Boudarraja spent nearly two decades at Dell Technologies, rising from frontline customer operations to Senior Manager of Sales Operations, where he functioned as Chief of Staff for the Order to Cash organisation within a €14 billion global business unit. His work at Dell produced documented outcomes including $275 million in cash acceleration in a single quarter, over 84,000 staff hours saved through automation, and a 36% reduction in supply chain backlog.

Boudarraja is also the creator of Own.Forge.Become, a leadership development program, and the host of The Unspoken Truths, a podcast on operational leadership and reinvention. He is an advocate for diversity, inclusion, and empowering young professionals.

He is a certified #IAmRemarkable facilitator and volunteers as a career coach with the Imagine Foundation, supporting professionals from underserved regions in building careers in Europe.

Soufiane Boudarraja was born in Casablanca, Morocco on 22 June 1987. He began working at the age of 16 in food service, an experience he later cited as formative in shaping his instinct for observing systems and operational structure. He has described the moment as seeing "structure where others saw noise" and choosing to "walk behind the counter" rather than remain an observer.

Boudarraja obtained his Baccalaureate in Experimental Sciences from Lycée Mohamed V in Casablanca in 2005. He subsequently earned a qualification as a Network Administrator Specialist from HEPro Management in 2007. He later relocated to Germany, where he has been based since.

Early life and education

Early roles (2005 to 2015)

Boudarraja entered the technology industry at 18, initially routing customer emails at Dell Technologies in Casablanca. Over the following decade, he progressed through a series of operational roles spanning customer support, order management, and program management across multiple countries and regions.

In one early-career role in Casablanca, he was credited with achieving 250% year-over-year growth in customer adoption through a model expansion initiative.

Transformation and governance leadership (2015 to 2024)

Boudarraja moved into transformation and operational governance roles within Dell's Order to Cash organization, part of the Customer and Finance Services division under Dell's Finance Business Unit. He participated in Dell's global rotation program, which he later described as an effort to ensure frontline perspectives influenced strategic decisions.

As Senior Manager of Sales Operations, he functioned as Chief of Staff for the Order to Cash organization. In this capacity, he led programs that produced the following documented outcomes:

$276M+ cash acceleration in a single quarter under Order-to-Cash governance

$100M+ cost savings in Process and quality initiatives

84,000+ staff hours saved in targeted automation via Microsoft Power Platform

36% supply chain backlog reduction and 31% cycle time improvement via Governance and process re-engineering

30% project manager capacity improvement using Process redesign and QA

AI/ML order management exceeded yield targets by 80% in North America deployment

9,000 hours saved annually with Automated invoice comparison

He departed Dell Technologies in September 2024 after nearly 20 years with the company.

Career at Dell Technologies

In September 2024, Boudarraja founded S|B Engine, a management consulting and advisory practice registered in Germany. The firm targets operational transformation for small and mid-sized enterprises , positioning itself as an alternative to large consultancy-led transformation programs.

The core methodology is the Proactive Reinvention Method (PRM), a six-step framework centred on equipping internal teams to lead their own transformation rather than relying on external consultants. Boudarraja has described his positioning as: "I don't sell transformation. I equip the operational core with the systems and leadership to become the architects who drive it from within."

S|B Engine offers three engagement tiers: a diagnostic audit, a transformation sprint, and a retained advisory model.
