1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains what you may and may not do when accessing or using the Soufiane Boudarraja ecosystem (the "Ecosystem"). The goal is to protect users, customers, partners, and the integrity of our platforms, content, and services. This AUP applies ecosystem-wide so that separate acceptable use rules are not required for each website, product line, or software offering.
2. Scope
This AUP applies to your access to and use of any part of the Ecosystem, including:
Websites, landing pages, and related domains and subdomains.
Digital products and downloads (including printable workbooks, templates, and other files).
Consulting, advisory, training, workshops, and speaking services (including any portals or shared workspaces used to deliver them).
Software and related services (including Outbound Assistant and any downloadable components we distribute).
Print-on-demand products and design submissions (including "Speak Up" and other POD collections).
Community features, forms, comments, mailing lists, and any user-submitted content where enabled.
Any integrations, automation, or tools we provide or connect to for service delivery.
3. Relationship to other policies and agreements
This AUP should be read together with:
Terms and Conditions
Privacy Policy
Cookies Policy

Digital Product Support and Retention Policy
Technical and Printing Specifications
Acceptable Content Guidelines (POD)
Artificial Intelligence and Technology Innovation Statement
If there is a conflict between this AUP and a signed statement of work, enterprise agreement, data processing agreement, or software EULA, the signed agreement governs for that specific engagement.
