1. Purpose
This Eco-friendly Product Collection Policy (the "Policy") explains how we define and present eco-minded product options within the Soufiane Boudarraja ecosystem (the "Ecosystem"), including print-on-demand ("POD") merchandise and related physical products. The goal is to provide a single ecosystem-wide sustainability posture so separate statements are not required for each collection, campaign, or brand.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to:
POD products offered through the Ecosystem (including any "eco" or "eco-friendly" collections, tags, or filters).
Product pages, marketing pages, and communications where we describe eco attributes.
Packaging and fulfilment practices that are controlled by our POD partners, to the extent information is made available to us.
Digital-first products (such as downloadable educational workbooks) where sustainability is referenced in context.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Human Rights Policy, and Acceptable Content Guidelines (POD).
3. What "eco-friendly" means in this Ecosystem
We use the term "eco-friendly" as a practical label to indicate that a product option has one or more environmental attributes that may reduce impact compared to conventional alternatives. We do not claim that any product is impact-free or environmentally neutral.
Within the Ecosystem, eco attributes may include one or more of the following:
Use of recycled materials or certified fibres (where stated by the supplier).
Use of organic cotton or other lower impact materials (where stated by the supplier).
More durable construction intended to extend product life (based on product specifications).
Local or regional fulfilment options that may reduce shipping distance (where available).
Reduced packaging or recyclable packaging options (where stated by the supplier).
4. How we select products for eco-minded collections
Where we offer an eco-minded collection or tag, we curate products using a selection approach intended to be transparent and defensible. Selection criteria may include:
Supplier-provided material composition and certification claims (for example recycled content, organic content, or recognised third-party certifications).
Supplier information about manufacturing standards and worker protections (aligned with our Human Rights Policy).
Availability of fulfilment locations closer to customer regions (to potentially reduce shipping distance).
Packaging practices disclosed by suppliers (for example recycled or recyclable packaging).
Product quality and durability expectations based on specifications and customer feedback trends.
Because POD fulfilment relies on third-party partners, the availability of specific eco attributes may vary by region, product size, colour, and supplier stock.
5. Supplier dependence and limitations
POD products are produced and shipped by third-party fulfilment providers. Environmental attributes and claims are based on supplier information and may change over time due to material availability, production changes, or regional differences. We cannot independently verify every supplier claim.
Where a supplier changes a product specification, certification, packaging method, or fulfilment location, we may update product descriptions, remove eco labels, or substitute comparable products without notice. We aim to keep product pages accurate, but we do not guarantee that eco labels will always reflect the most recent supplier updates in real time.
6. Avoiding misleading claims
We aim to describe eco attributes in a specific and limited way. Unless explicitly stated and supported by a supplier, we do not make claims such as "carbon neutral", "zero impact", "fully sustainable", or similar broad environmental claims. If we ever publish such claims, we will provide the supporting basis and scope of the claim.
Customers should interpret eco labels as comparative signals, not guarantees of a specific environmental outcome.
7. Digital-first products and sustainability
Some Ecosystem offerings are digital-first (for example, downloadable learning workbooks). Digital products can reduce the need for mass manufacturing, inventory storage, and physical shipping. However, printing digital files at home or through a print shop still has an environmental impact. The impact depends on paper choice, printer efficiency, ink usage, and printing habits.
To support more responsible printing, we may provide practical guidance such as:
Printing only the pages needed.
Using recycled paper where available.
Using duplex printing where appropriate (if the file design allows it).
Choosing local print services when convenient.
8. Customer responsibilities and care guidance
Sustainability outcomes depend heavily on product care and usage. Customers can reduce waste by selecting durable products and maintaining them well. Where available, follow care instructions to extend product life. When products reach end-of-life, dispose of them responsibly based on local recycling and waste rules.
9. Returns, exchanges, and waste reduction
Returns and exchanges can increase environmental impact due to additional shipping and disposal. To reduce unnecessary returns, we aim to provide clear product descriptions, sizing guidance, and realistic photos. Refund and return rules are defined in our Terms and Conditions.
10. Transparency on packaging and shipping
Packaging and shipping methods are primarily controlled by POD fulfilment partners. Where suppliers provide information about packaging materials (for example recycled or recyclable packaging), we may reference it on product pages. We may also prioritise providers with regional fulfilment options to reduce cross-border shipping distance when feasible.
11. Reporting concerns
If you believe that an eco label or sustainability statement on a product page is inaccurate, misleading, or outdated, please use our contact page: https://www.soufianeboudarraja.com/contactwith the product link and details. We will review the claim and update the page or remove the label where appropriate.
12. Updates to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect legal, operational, or supplier changes. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when changes took effect. Material changes will be posted through our Websites.
